We're Back!

I know you all missed us and I know you are ready for some awesome new pecan news, and boy do I have it for you. As most of you know, our three to five year plan turned into a three to five month plan and we have been expanding both our general store and re-building our processing area. Per the usual, construction has taken about three times as long as estimated; however, our re-grand opening is on the horizon!

We will be re-opening our doors to the public starting on March 21, 2016 with business hours being Monday, Wednesday - Friday: 9:00a.m. - 3:00 p.m. We are ALWAYS available outside those hours by appointment (918-267-1377) and, of course, right here online. We will be featuring our wonderful pecan products, welcoming back favorite artisans & crafters, and introducing new artisans as well.

One of those new artisans is Game On Salsa. When these two young girls met in first grade, they had no idea they'd make history . . . salsa history that is. Combine this with their love of playing sports, and watching their favorite teams play, and Game On Salsa was born. However, this ain't no baby, Shelby and Connie create a very tasty product whatever your salsa cravings! Mild for those who like a sweet smoky flavor without the heat; medium for those who want a little more pop with a twist; and hot for those who like it a little peppery. Their salsa has a sweet mild start with a kick at the finish and is a yummy addition for your chip and dip nights or to replace any condement. Their amazing salsa will be available in our general store or online.

Be sure you are following us on Facebook to keep up with all our upcoming activities. We will be attending several shows and festivals throughout the year with our pecan roaster. Our first show this year will be in April at the Stillwater Noon Lions Made in Oklahoma Showcase. Do a little road-tripping and come see us. My understanding is this is quite an event and one you won't want to miss!
