GRAND OPENING!

We are very excited to announce Deep Fork Pecans will be open full-time starting September 16, 2015. We will be offering pecan and pecan items year 'round. Also, we are adding several locally grown and crafted items; as well as, several vintage items and antiques as aquired. Our inventory will be in constant rotation based on the seasons and what we find so don't miss out! Like us on Facebook for updates on new items.

September Recipe of the Month . . .

PECAN PUFFS

1 c. butter

4 T. sugar

2 c. cake flour

2 tsp. vanilla

2 c. small pecan pieces, lightly toasted

powdered sugar

Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the cake flour, vanilla and pecans. Roll into small balls about the size of a marble. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minues. Roll in powdered sugar while still hot. When cool, roll again in powdered sugar.
